Sumatra Equator came to be after many years’ experiences as a tourist guide and involvement in tourism sector of West Sumatra. We concerned with the development of tourism and its effect on our fragile environment. Our goal is to protect and preserve the area because We realizes that tourism may give positive and negative impact to the local social life. We want to keep the serenity, yet share the beauty by pioneering expedition in the eco-tourism project.

We have established an extensive network with local partners and have a commitment to proceed together to increase the economy of the people around our destinations. Our tour products are focused on climbing the exotic mount Talamau and mount Kerinci. We take care and assist you with experienced and professional mountain guides.

In the event of Bumiminang Hotelis fully booked, we reserve the right to substitute the Pangeran’s Beach Hotel**** for your night stay in Padang. 

* Single supplement for single occupancy room in Padang an additional charge will be added to your package price.

RATES

All rates are quoted in USD inclusive of : A/C transportation, accommodation, meals as specified in the program, sightseeing and transfer, English speaking guide, local guide, porters, entrance fee and permit. Rates excluded tips for guide and driver.

Children policy :   child below 11 years with X bed is charged 75% of adult price

                               child above 11 years  fully charged as an adult

TERMS OF PAYMENT

To secure the reservation, a 50 % deposit is required upon booking. Payment of balance is to be received by Sumatra Equator 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION

14 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund will be given for cancellation. Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival no refund given.

LIABILITY

Notice is hereby given for all legal purpose that Sumatra Equator acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotel, carriers, restaurants and other suppliers and contractors of services, and will have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, delays, changes of schedules or any other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control. Although no efforts will be spared to assure a smooth handling of requested services, Sumatra Equator reserves the right to change the itinerary, with or without notice.

We are pleased to allow flexibility in your schedule. As your operator, we also reserve the right to alter a program depending on weather conditions beyond our control, your safety comes first.
